Hello everyone! Olga, the creator and owner of ABC Keto, here.
It’s high time I gave you some updates on how my work on ABC Keto is going. It’s going great, but it’s also going much slower than I expected.
That’s because I put tons of work into doing the deepest possible research on the ketogenic diet and the topics my future visitors will be interested in learning about.
My goal is to create the best quality content you will love and thanks to which you will be extremely successful with a keto diet.
Besides doing research and planning content, I’ve also been doing some bigger and smaller keto experiments on myself so that I can share some experience-based insights with you quite soon. Believe me a lot of great stuff is coming.
Here is what I’ve come up with so far:
- The general “look & feel” of the website is almost ready. I hope you like it. There are only a few technical issues I have yet to deal with.
- The five main informational sections of the website are almost ready. I will soon start creating in-depth more detailed articles I will link from these five sections:
- Keto diet (all about a ketogenic diet, its rules, best recommendations and basically anything you need to get started)
- Keto foods (the most comprehensive lists of foods you can eat on a keto diet and tons of example products with comments)
- Keto recipes (here I will be adding the most delicious keto diet recipes with detailed instructions, photos and nutritional facts about each meal)
- Keto diet weight loss (all the necessary information and tips to get a head start in weight loss with a keto diet)
- Intermittent fasting (all you need to know about intermittent fasting in the context of weight loss, keto diet and getting healthy)
- ABC Keto blog where I will publish updates on the blog and my own keto experiments. This is also the place where I will publish recipes and shorter posts with nutritional facts about specific types of foods (e.g. carrots in the context of a keto diet).
- I have also been experimenting with different variations of a keto diet and intermittent fasting and feel I’ve finally found the right version for me. I will tell you a bit more about it in the next post.
That’s all for the update. I’ll soon be hearing much more from me. 🙂
