A keto diet is so awesome and effective mainly because it gives you a lot of freedom. Of course, you need to restrict carbs and sugars, but you can still have almost any dessert you want as long as it is in the keto version.
Today I’m sharing with you one of the quickest and easiest recipes for yet another version of delicious fat bombs. Let me tell you a few words about keto peanut butter cream cheese balls. They are perfect both as a snack or a small dessert.
My peanut butter cream cheese balls are made of only 3 ingredients and have ideal macros for a keto diet (click to learn more). One peanut butter cream cheese ball only has 67 kcal, 5.5 g of fat and only 0.5 g of net carbs, which makes it a perfect keto fat bomb and a perfect snack.

Ingredients
- 100 g (4 oz) of peanut butter (preferably, organic, non-GMO) with no added sugar. Always read the label to make sure your peanut butter has only 2 ingredients (peanuts and salt) and has less than 5 g of carbs per 100 g. The peanut butter I use has only 4 g of carbs per 100 g.
- 200 g (8 oz) of natural cream cheese spread (one standard package). The nutritional values for cream cheese may vary widely so make sure to read the label. Your cream cheese spread should not have more than 5 g of net carbs.
- A few drops of almond extract (vanilla extract or flavoring is also OK). You can use any other flavor you like. For me the almond flavor suits the peanut butter taste the most.
- A few tablespoons of a blend of stevia and erythritol. This will also help make your fat bombs more solid.
- A few drops of liquid stevia to make your peanut balls even sweeter.
- 20 g of butter (optionally). If you want your peanut cream cheese balls to be thicker and have more fat, add butter. My version below does not have any butter.
Instructions
- Add one package of cream cheese spread into a larger bowl. In my case one package is 200 g.
- Next, measure and add peanut butter.
PRACTICAL TIP: To have the ideal fat-to-protein ratio for your keto peanut butter cream cheese balls, make sure the peanut butter to cream cheese ratio is 1:2. It means that for each 200 g of cream cheese spread, you add 100 g of peanut butter.
- Add the flavor or extract of your choice and the sweetener (either stevia or/and erythritol).
- Mix all the ingredients with your own hand or with a tablespoon.
- Form balls of the preferred size and place them on the plate.
- Sprinkle freshly-formed balls with cocoa powder.
PRACTICAL TIP: You can use a sieve to sprinkle cocoa powder evenly and make your peanut butter cream cheese balls look more spectacular.
- Put you keto peanut butter balls into the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so that they become more solid quickly.
PRACTICAL TIP: If your keto peanut butter cream cheese balls aren’t thick or solid enough, you can add a few tablespoons of coconut flour or about 20 g of dissolved butter. Note that coconut flour will make your fat bombs denser instantly while butter will do it only after it hardens (cools down). - Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 100 g of peanut butter (with no added sugar)
- 200 g of natural cream cheese spread
- A few drops of almond flavor or extract
- A few tablespoons of a blend of stevia and erythritol
- A few drops of liquid stevia
- 20 g of butter or coconut flour (optionally)
Instructions

If you want to make your balls more dense and thick, add about 20 g of coconut flour or dissolved butter.
