Cheesecake, as the name suggests, is made mainly from cheese, so today I’m sharing the simple keto cheesecake recipe. This is the simplest version of cheesecake you can come up with on a keto diet.
This cheesecake has no crust and no topping. Instead, it has lots of cheese, eggs and… you’ll see what else in a second. So here it comes. The simple keto cheesecake that can become the base for any further adjustments or additions (like topping or crust).
I recommend this simple low-carb cheesecake version for anyone who likes to eat bigger portions of cakes and who still wants to hit their macros without getting off track. This cheesecake is ideal because it has relatively few calories and isn’t a fat bomb just like many keto desserts are. Here is how it looks.

The simple keto cheesecake is made of only a few base ingredients. The chances are you already have them at home.
By following these instructions you will come up with the basic keto cheesecake version. Feel free to add more ingredients to change or improve the taste of your keto cheesecake. CALORIES: 2719 kcal/450 kcal

NET CARBS: 48 g/8 g

Add cream cheese into a large bowl.
Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
Add egg yolks to the cream cheese and mix the two until smooth.
Dissolve 200 g of butter and pour it into the bowl.
Add stevia and/or erythritol. Now it's also a good time to add baking powder.
Mix all the ingredients with a blender until smooth.
Beat egg whites and add them to the mix. Use a tablespoon for mixing.
Taste the dough to make sure it has the desired level of sweetness.
Grease the baking form with butter and pour the liquid cheesecake mass onto it.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F) and bake your simple keto cheesecake for about 40 minutes.
Remove your keto cheesecake from the over after about 40 minutes or when its top gets a nice brownish color.
Let your cheesecake cool down for about an hour before putting it into the fridge.
