Ingredients

  • 20 g of cocoa powder (unsweetened, raw, unrefined)
  • 500 ml of heavy whipping cream (30% or 306% fat)
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • A few drops of liquid stevia (erythritol is also OK)
  • 20 g of sugar-free chocolate (sweetened with natural sweeteners)

Instructions

Keto Chocolate Mousse Base

  1. Beat the cream until it gets solid.

  2. Put aside 4 table spoons of whipped cream before adding cocoa powder if you want to use it for extra topping decoration. You can omit this step if you don't want two-color mousse.

  3. Slowly add cocoa powder, stevia and/or erythritol and vanilla extract.

  4. Blend all the ingredients. Do it slowly and be careful or your cream may collapse.

  5. Pour your keto chocolate mousse into smaller bowls or glasses.

Keto Chocolate Mousse Topping

  1. Add a tablespoon of whipped white cream on top of your chocolate mousse.

  2. Grate your sugar-free chocolate and sprinkle the top of your mousse with it.

  3. You can let your chocolate mousse rest in the fridge for an hour so that it becomes denser and has a clearer taste.

  4. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Feel free to change the amounts of ingredients to make your keto chocolate mousse darker, lighter, sweeter or less sweet. Be careful with beating the cream.
