Beat the cream until it gets solid.
Put aside 4 table spoons of whipped cream before adding cocoa powder if you want to use it for extra topping decoration. You can omit this step if you don't want two-color mousse.
Slowly add cocoa powder, stevia and/or erythritol and vanilla extract.
Blend all the ingredients. Do it slowly and be careful or your cream may collapse.
Pour your keto chocolate mousse into smaller bowls or glasses.
Add a tablespoon of whipped white cream on top of your chocolate mousse.
Grate your sugar-free chocolate and sprinkle the top of your mousse with it.
You can let your chocolate mousse rest in the fridge for an hour so that it becomes denser and has a clearer taste.
