Keto Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • 140 g of smoked salmon
  • 10 g of MCT oil (other types of oils are also OK)
  • 50 g of olives (both black and green are fine)
  • 15 g of Brazil nuts (or any other nuts you like)
  • 100 g of fresh spinach leaves (or any other leafy green vegetables)

Instructions

  1. Wash fresh spinach leaves and let them dry for several minutes. 

  2. Measure 10 g of MCT oil and add it to the salad. 

  3. Add olives and (soaked) Brazilian nuts. 

  4. Add salmon and enjoy! 

Recipe Notes

Feel free to add other ingredients or change the amounts if you need more fat or protein. Just remember to count any changes toward your daily macros (if you want to hit them).
