Instructions For Baking Burger Buns

 1. Follow the simple steps below or check out the full recipe for keto buns.

 2. Add psyllium husk powder, eggs, cheese spread, butter and salt into a bowl. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Set the bun dough aside for 10 minutes so that it becomes more dense.

 3. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (340 °F). Turn the hot air circulation on.

 4. Spread the baking powder on the baking tray. Form the buns of the preferred size (their size should match the size of meat chops) and shape. Make sure you have wet hands when forming buns..

 5. Bake your hamburger buns for 25 minutes.

 6. Lower the baking temperature to to 150 °C (300 °F) and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

 7. Take the buns out of the oven once they are baked and of a brownish color. Set them aside and let them cool down.

Instructions For Preparing Keto Burgers

 1. Chop the vegetables into slices. Feel free to use other vegetables and other ingredients of your choice.

 2. Fry (or grill) the meat as much as you like.

 3. When your beef patties have been fried, place cheese on them so that it dissolves easily.

 4. Cut your keto buns in half. Add vegetables, sauce or any other ingredients on the bottom or top side of the bun.

 5. Place the fried patty on one side of the bun and "close" the burger.

 6. Enjoy!
