Ingredients

  • 100 g of peanut butter (with no added sugar)
  • 200 g of natural cream cheese spread
  • A few drops of almond flavor or extract
  • A few tablespoons of a blend of stevia and erythritol
  • A few drops of liquid stevia
  • 20 g of butter or coconut flour (optionally)

Instructions

  1. Add 200 g of cream cheese into a bowl.

  2. Add 100 g of peanut butter into the bowl. 

  3. Add the flavor or extract of your choice.

  4. Add stevia and/or erythritol. 

  5. Mix all the ingredients together with a tablespoon. 

  6. Form balls of the preferred size and place them on the plate. 

  7. Sprinkle your keto peanut butter cream cheese balls with cocoa powder. 

  8. Place your newly-formed balls into the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so that they become more solid. 

  9. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you want to make your balls more dense and thick, add about 20 g of coconut flour or dissolved butter.
