Boil water in a pot or kettle. Let it cool down a bit.
Pour hot water into a blending bowl.
Pour coconut milk into a pot and heat it up a bit. Be careful not to boil it (or get it burned).
Pour hot coconut milk into a blending bowl and add cocoa powder to the mix.
Add a few (or several) drops of stevia to make your hot chocolate as sweet as you like.
Blend all the ingredients until the yummy chocolate foam forms on top.
Serve your ready hot chocolate in glasses. Sprinkle the foam with cocoa powder to make it look more spectacular.
If you want your hot chocolate to become iced chocolate, just put it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes or in the fridge for about an hour. Note that your chocolate drink may become a bit more dense once it cools down. If that happens, you can eat it with a spoon like chocolate pudding.
