The recipe for absolutely perfect and almost guilt-free keto burgers that have only 4 g of net carbs per one HUGE serving.
What’s the biggest problem for people transitioning to a keto diet? The fact that they need to give up bread, buns and rolls. The majority of favorite and popular meals contain baked goods, which makes it very hard for many people to give up bread and bakery products entirely.
However, I have some really cool news for you here. You don’t need to feel deprived of anything. Neither do you have to give up any popular bread-based meals, such as, burgers. How is it possible? Let me show you.
Today I’m sharing with you the recipe for keto burgers. This is by far my favorite dinner (breakfast or lunch) recipe of all time. I bet this will become your favorite too. The keto burger recipe is very simple, has only a few steps and will take only about one hour of your time.
The end product looks like a regular burger. The only difference is that it tastes so much better and has only about 4 g of net carbs per one serving (one huge 500-g burger with vegetables, sauce, cheese and meat).
Would you say that the above picture shows a keto burger if you didn’t know this isn’t a regular burger or hamburger? I bet you wouldn’t and… that’s the trick!
Here is the macro math per 1 burger. I prepared 2 burgers out of the above ingredients.

Add psyllium husk powder, eggs, cheese spread, butter and salt into a bowl. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Set the bun dough aside for 10 minutes so that it becomes more dense.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C (340 °F). Turn the hot air circulation on.
Spread the baking powder on the baking tray. Form the buns of the preferred size (their size should match the size of meat chops) and shape. Make sure you have wet hands when forming buns..
Bake your hamburger buns for 25 minutes.
Lower the baking temperature to to 150 °C (300 °F) and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Take the buns out of the oven once they are baked and of a brownish color. Set them aside and let them cool down.
Chop the vegetables into slices. Feel free to use other vegetables and other ingredients of your choice.
Fry (or grill) the meat as much as you like.
When your beef patties have been fried, place cheese on them so that it dissolves easily.
Cut your keto buns in half. Add vegetables, sauce or any other ingredients on the bottom or top side of the bun.
Place the fried patty on one side of the bun and "close" the burger.
Feel free to change the ingredients or their amounts. Just make sure to count any modification toward your daily macros.
