One of the resons why a keto diet (click to learn more about the program) is so effective and awesome is that it gives you so much freedom. Of course, you have to avoid carbs and sugars, but you can still have almost any dessert you want. All you need to do is slightly change a few ingredients and any dessert becomes keto-friendly. That’s all.
Today I’m sharing with you another very quick and super simple recipe for a perfect keto snack or dessert. This time I’m showing you how to make keto peanut butter balls. These aren’t regular peanut butter balls but, literally, power balls that have ideal protein-to-fat ratio and which taste simply awesome.

Add peanut butter to a larger bowl.
Add protein powder to the bowl.
Mix the two ingredients together. The mass will be a bit too dry but don't worry about it now.
Add the sweetener of your choice (either stevia or erythritol) and a few drops of almond or vanilla extract.
Dissolve butter and add it to the mix.
Mix all the ingredients with a tablespoon until smooth.
Form the balls of the preferred size. Add either a hazelnut or almond inside each ball.
Place each newly-formed ball into the bowl with cocoa powder.
OPTIONALLY: Pour some melted milk chocolate coconut butter on the freshly formed balls.
Put your keto peanut butter balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until they harden and become more solid.
Keep your keto peanut butter balls in the refrigerator. They taste the best when they have hardened and cooled down.
Feel free to change the ingredients if you want to save on calories or if you want to add more fat and turn your peanut butter balls into real fat bombs. You can use regular butter instead of the one with 60% fat I used.
I’m doing my best to create and share as many delicious keto recipes as possible. Would you add some other ingredient to my keto peanut butter balls? How would you change it?

Keto peanut butter balls with cocoa powder ❤️❤️❤️ Awesome idea and recipe. Tastes better than chocolate and better than peanut butter. Love them and got addicted to them
Yeah! If you want to make peanut butter better add chocolate to it. If you want to make chocolate better, mix it with peanut butter. That’s the way things work 🙂 I am happy you like the recipe. More are coming!
