The keto chocolate milk recipe is a super quick and simple recipe for the most delicious chocolate milk that has no sugar, no dairy (sic!) and few carbs. You’ll never want to drink any other chocolate milk once you taste this.
Milk and many dairy products (especially low-fat dairy products) have some carbs so they aren’t always recommended on a keto diet (click to learn the basics of this diet). Some people are OK consuming smaller amounts of milk without getting kicked out of ketosis or hitting the weight loss plateau. However, many people need to strictly limit their milk consumption to get all of the greatest benefits of a ketogenic diet.
That’s why today I’m sharing with you the recipe for the keto chocolate milk. My keto chocolate milk looks exactly like regular sweetened chocolate milk you can buy at any grocery store. The only difference is that it tastes WAY better and has almost no carbs and absolutely no sugar. One glass (330 ml) of this chocolate milk has only 118 kcal and 2.8 g of carbs net. You can have it as a snack, a treat or as a small dessert.
Here is some macro and calories math for one liter (33 fl oz) of this delicious keto chocolate milk and one 330-ml glass (11.1 fl oz).
Weight | Protein | Fat | Net Carbs | Calories | |

PER ONE GLASS | 330 ml | 3.9 g | 9.2 g | 2.8 g | 118 kcal |
TOTALS | About 1 l | 11.8 g | 27,6 g | 8.5 g | 354 kcal |
Total Calories/Per Glass: 354 kcal/118 kcal
Total Protein/Per Glass: 11.8 g/ 3.9 g
Fat/Per Glass: 27.6 g/9.2 g
Net Carbs/Per Glass: 8.5 g/2.8 g
Measure 500-550 ml of water and pour it into a blending bowl. If you want your keto chocolate milk to a have stronger taste, add less water.
Pour a whole can of coconut milk to the bowl. If you want your chocolate milk to have more calories and fat, feel free to use regular coconut milk.
Add cocoa powder and a blend of stevia and erythritol. Add as much as you want depending on how sweet you want your chocolate milk to be.
Blend all the ingredients for a few seconds until nice foam forms. Pour your fresh keto chocolate milk into glasses.
Sprinkle the top foam with cocoa powder to make it look more spectacular.
You can drink it right after blending or let it rest for a few hours in the fridge.
Note that if you keep your keto chocolate milk in the fridge for a few hours, the drink may separate a bit and form two layers (the darker and the lighter one). Your keto chocolate milk may also become a bit more thick and of pudding-like consistence. If this happens, you can either mix the drink with a teaspoon or simply eat it with a spoon (like pudding). Either way it will still be delicious.
I’m doing my best to create and share as many delicious keto recipes as possible. More and more delicious recipes are coming and I’m working hard on creating them. Don’t forget to tell me how the chocolate milk recipe turned out for you and if you like it.

Tried your keto milk and it tastes just like regular milk. It’s awesome because I am vegan. Thank you ?
You are welcome 🙂 I know that most people following keto are carnivore-type but I also know there are vegans and I am planning on creating more recipes for you.
